Serve as the in-house marketing leader for the largest search and performance marketing company, managing corporate marketing and communications, PR, media relations, advertising, sales collateral and thought leadership resulting 200% growth. 

  • Redefined corporate branding, including company messaging, brand strategy, and new product roadmaps. 


  • Established an ABM program, including content marketing and thought leadership across twenty-nine verticals, resulting in a 45% increase in qualified lead generation.


  • Built a loyal brand following online through LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, resulting in a 300% increase in followers with a 75% increase in engagement.


  • In year one helped drive revenue through the acquisition of an unprecedented sixteen new clients.

  • Helped secure seven top industry awards thus far, including recognition for our commitment to DE&I.



Served as Fractional CMO for ChildPlus Software:


  • Redefined marketing and sales activities and processes, including pipeline planning, advertising, marketing, internal collaboration, social media, and content creation. Oversaw customer experiences and brand reviews and updated existing brand messaging. Led team training on all new processes, CRM and collaboration tools, brand messaging, and KPI/success measurement, drove a 140%+ increase in proficiencies.

Served as Marketing Consultant for True Influence:

  • Developed an integrated program with a team of 30 demand-gen marketers and content creators, social media marketers, email and events marketing, graphic designers and media relations teams. Drove a 200% increase in online followers in six months, with an 85% engagement rate, resulting a LinkedIn recognition as the most active brand on the platform.    

  • Created, promoted and managed two sold-out virtual Summits, including selection and coordination of the agenda, content, and executive speakers from Google, Microsoft, SAP, IBM, and Salesforce, as well as celebrity guests, Howie Mandel and Jay Leno. Surpassed established KPI of 1,000 registrations with 3,200 registrations, eleven media articles and more than eighty-five influencer posts.

  • ABM email campaigns saw an unprecedented open rate of 38% and a conversion rate of .29%. This direct ABM email campaign resulted in a $2M new revenue stream in just six months.

Served as the president and head of business development for a mid-sized public relations and market research agency. Responsible for business growth, team building and leadership, client relationships, strategic planning and overall account success, including brand messaging, thought leadership and  crisis communications, .


  • Increased revenue by 45% across B2B, B2C, technology, automotive and healthcare accounts.

  • Improved overall efficiencies, including increasing account profitability by 200% and company profitability by 400%.

  • Led a team of twenty-five public relations/marketing professionals in Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Created a research-driven public relations consultancy.

  • Conducted research for Kimberly Clarke Professional to identify the business concerns and opportunities across North America, Latin America, Singapore, Australia, Germany and the United Kingdom.

  • Key pain points included: ever-changing regionally-specific environmental and sustainability regulations as well as compliance with workplace safety regulations - from health and hygiene to PPE use. 

  • Defined the global content marketing strategy, guidelines, and internal collaboration tool selection and process across all regions including brand positioning, B2B product development marketing collateral, ABM marketing processes, organizational and reporting structures and social media training for all regions, delivering a +140% ROI across the enterprise.



Led teams, defined strategies and ensured the highest levels of client service, including establishing and surpassing KPIs. 


  • Responsible for a budget planning & P&L across consumer-packaged goods, retail and consumer electronics clients 

  • Led a team of twelve PR and social media marketing professionals, including planning and campaign development.

  • Drove an 8% increase in revenue and operated the group at a utilization rate of 90%.

  • Developed the agency’s social media policies and processes and transformed PN’s research into digital content.

  • Presented or served on panels at CES, SXSW, BlogHer, EMEA AiMA, Digital South, Social Media Summit and more.

Led the public relations department and developed the first social media strategy group within a leading advertising agency.

Also helped launch three Macquarium-owned start-ups, including an online art supply store, a B2B eCommerce platform company and an animation studio, where I also helped co-write and produce an animated feature film.
