  • Redefined marketing and sales activities and processes, including pipeline planning, advertising, marketing, internal collaboration, social media, and content creation. Oversaw customer experiences and brand reviews and updated existing brand messaging. Led team training on all new processes, CRM and collaboration tools, brand messaging, and KPI/success measurement, drove a 140%+ increase in proficiencies.

Served as Marketing Consultant for True Influence:

  • Developed an integrated program with a team of 30 demand-gen marketers and content creators, social media marketers, email and events marketing, graphic designers and media relations teams. Drove a 200% increase in online followers in six months, with an 85% engagement rate, resulting a LinkedIn recognition as the most active brand on the platform.    

  • Created, promoted and managed two sold-out virtual Summits, including selection and coordination of the agenda, content, and executive speakers from Google, Microsoft, SAP, IBM, and Salesforce, as well as celebrity guests, Howie Mandel and Jay Leno. Surpassed established KPI of 1,000 registrations with 3,200 registrations, eleven media articles and more than eighty-five influencer posts.

  • ABM email campaigns saw an unprecedented open rate of 38% and a conversion rate of .29%. This direct ABM email campaign resulted in a $2M new revenue stream in just six months.
