Served as an independent marketing communications consultant for two main clients: Kimberly Clark Professional and WorkSearch.

Kimberly Clark:

  • Spearheaded global content marketing program for Kimberly Clark Professional encompassing the Americas, APAC, Australia, Germany, and the UK to address key B2B audience business challenges in the areas of worker health & safety and sustainability.

  • Developed a comprehensive content marketing strategy and workflow process, establishing guidelines and training content and sales teams globally, resulting in 140%+ return on investment.

WorkSearch:

  • Developed the brand's narrative as the only privacy-driven employment site/app that sells candidates on their skills and never sells their data.

Led the agency's twenty-three person consumer group, with a focus on media relations and social media marketing.

Led the agency's first social media marketing group, collaborating with thirteen other senior leaders around the globe. Responsible for driving business development across all practice groups, selling-in digital and social media strategies.

 

  • Secured $16 million in new and organic business and propelled agency web traffic by 600% via social media integration.

 

  • Developed the agency’s social media policies and processes and transformed PN’s research into digital content.

MACQUARIUM (1999-2006)

Led corporate communications for the web development and digital CX company, Macquarium.

  • Secured over 900M media impressions for the internet company, hundreds of speaking engagements and industry awards.

 

Led corporate communications for Macquarium's eCommerce arm, MisterArt.com.

  • Secured over 500M media impressions for the internet company, hundreds of speaking engagements and industry awards.

Co-wrote and produced the animated feature film developed by Macquarium's animation arm, Fathom Studios and led media relations and digital communications to promote the movie. 

  • Secured a cast of six Academy Award winners to voice the animated feature film as well as ancillary deals with Penguin Books and Hasbro.

  • Secured over 800M media impressions while the film was in production, including a six-minute feature on CNN.

 

  • Created one of the first viral marketing campaigns by opening up the film's production to die-hard animation fans through the Digital Dailies.

ALEXANDER OGILVY PR  (1997-1999)

Led brand messaging, creative strategy and editorial content for internet companies at the rise of the dot-coms.

  • Created the first branded digital event for BET with webchats featuring Julian Bond, Bill Cosby, and Robert Johnson, delivering 250k live listeners.

  • Created the first live internet video campaign for Discovery Networks following the return of Keiko, the orca from Free Willy, to the ocean with an average of 4k views of the video content - in a pre-YouTube age.
